Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 8 weeks or more before arrival: Cancellation is subject to our applicable booking terms.
- Less than 8 weeks before arrival: A cancellation charge may apply.
- Less than 6 weeks before arrival: A higher cancellation charge may apply.
- Less than 4 weeks before arrival: A higher cancellation charge may apply.
- Less than 2 weeks before arrival: The full deposit may be forfeited.
Any refund is subject to applicable booking terms. Bank charges, payment processing fees, third-party booking commissions and other costs incurred in processing the booking may be deducted from any applicable refund.
A 15% administration fee may also apply to cancellations and refunds.
