Please note that a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total fee of your stay is payable to confirm your booking. On arrival the balance is due and no keys will be issued without the full payment.

Amount of Guest we can accommodate:

Total Log Cabins:            4 – Sleeps 2 & 2 & 4 & 6.
Total Houses:                   1 – Sleeps 5/6 & 1 Sleeps 2.
Total Camping Site:        8 sites (10m x 10m) – sleeps 6/site.

       Cancellation Policy

1. Less than 8 weeks notice – 25% of the deposit.
2. Less than 6 weeks notice – 55% of the deposit.
3. Less than 4 weeks notice – 75% of the deposit.
4. Less than 2 week  notice – 100% of the deposit.
5. All cost incurred to make refund (eg, commissions, credit card charges and bank charges) will be at the expense of the client and will be deducted from the refund and a 15% admin fee will be charged on top of all expenses and refunds.
6. Should Magoebaskloof Getaway  be willing to move any booked wedding date or event for any reason such as COVID-19 regulation NO refund will be given under any circumstance should the date be cancel.
7. Magoebaskloof Getaway  is willing to move any booked date due to COVID-19 regulations preventing an event from taking place however NO refund will be given should the client cancel their booking.
